I am a female, age 39. I have three children, ages 5, 8, and 11. I work full time in a professional office setting.
I am a 25-year-old that works in child and adolescent psychology. I am hoping to join the Peace Corps. I would like to work in Global Health one day. Or maybe counsel adolescents and young adults. I am really into the arts and the crafts. Hobbies of mine include spray painting, soccer, music and coffee. But mostly coffee. My weight has always gone up and down.
I'm an artist and a therapist- but going from a life of being up and moving in grad school to the sedimentary life of sitting at a desk all day is wreaking havoc on my eating habits, will power, and waist line. I would like to get back to the way I used to be- healthy eating, discipline, and confidence.
