Profile: You know how peertrainer members say that accountability is the most effective thing, that brings the most success with their weightloss? This team is purely for that. This team is for people who read other people's logs, and aren't afraid to say "why did you eat that??" Accountability, accountability!

I'm a 32 yr old working mom who made the mistake of having an "all-you-can-eat" pregnancy, and also suffered from severe back pain that made exercise very uncomfortable… consequently, one year later, I've got about 40 pounds to lose. I joined peertrainer in April and I'm really getting it together, but need to really focus on sticking to a routine - otherwise things just don't happen (anyone with a one-year-old will know what I mean here!). As soon as I lose these other 25 pounds, I can think about having another baby. That's my ultimate reward!

At the age of 23 I am starting my second year of graduate school at the University of Maryland College Park. I have been dealing with the stresses of being a fulltime student in a new city and have found it easy to eat/drink whatever I want (NOT GOOD). I am a vegetarian that loves sugar, cheese and drinking. I guess I have a problem with eating too much of the "bad carbs". I starting "running" a little bit in college and would love to complete a half-marathon sometime in the Fall. Unfortunately I don't have an excercise routine so I tend to skip the runs and head straight for the fridge. I need to be pushed toward making reasonable goals (running 5-6 times a week, adding distance each week, skipping the candybars) and and a push to keep striving for them even if I fall.

I am a 23 year old woman who has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for a while but would like to return to graduate school next fall. I need motivation to exercise and stop eating when I'm not hungry. I would like to learn how to have 'normal' eating habits instead of periods when I overeat and periods when I don't eat at all.

I am a 33 year old mother of 2 who would like to get toned and fit and feel healthy.
