Goals: Hi I'm a mom to 2 wonderful boys and 2 step-children. I work with children with special needs and my own 2 sons are Dyslexic. I have a lot on my plate, but need to lose weight to be healthier and happier. I have been overweight my whole life and it is now time for me to stop!! I want to be healthier and set a good example to all the kids.

Student mother of son graduating from HS. fun silly newly married.


I am 62 and have recently retired. I have never gotten into exersizing but my Doctor says it would certainly be a good thing to do in order to live longer. I am a diabetic so really need to do this. I have been trying to walk a mile a day, and have to really drive myself to do this, but the biggest incentive for me is my 10 grandkids and my wife.


I am 31 yrs old, married with 4 children, ages 10, 8, 7 and 1. I have always been battling with my weight and had succeeded before getting pregnant with my last one. Now the war is on again! I
