Goals: Hi I'm a mom to 2 wonderful boys and 2 step-children. I work with children with special needs and my own 2 sons are Dyslexic. I have a lot on my plate, but need to lose weight to be healthier and happier. I have been overweight my whole life and it is now time for me to stop!! I want to be healthier and set a good example to all the kids.

I am a 40 year old mother of two, who is sick and tired of yo-yo dieting. I feel like I have been worrying about my weight everyday for the last 10 years, and I can't stand it anymore. I need to diet, do it right, stick to it, and include exercise...not just once in a while, or when I can find the time, but everyday! I just need to up my motivation level, and I could really use some encouragement, and accountability. I have 40 pounds to lose starting today.


I'm a 21 year old software developer from Bend, Oregon. I am getting married on the 23 rd of June 2007(yeah!!!). I've pretty much been over 300 pounds since 2002, but I've never let it get to me until recently. I feel like an outsider, and I think that my weight causes me to be mad at my self all the time(Hence the non-smiling photo, which is very very common). I'm a laid back guy, I don't get stressed and like to have fun.
