Goals: maintain our points everyday 18 POINTS. NO ExCUSES. I wouldl like anyone who joins to have the same points limit, in order for the comments and tips all to relate to us specifically.

Other Info: hopefully the people who join will be in their 20's I want us all to have a goal of up to 50 pounds to lose. I personally have 20 -30 to lose.

I'm a 28-year old female who recently relocated to the Providence area from Washington, D.C.


I'm 27, and looking to just jump into a more healthy lifestyle. I have a job, going to school a dog and a boyfriend--and they all seem to distract me from working out and eating right.


I am a 26 year old mom of an almost 2 year old. I used to be a very fit college student of 130 pounds and after baby points system has been harder to maintain. But now I will start and have NO Excuses. My body and happiness is more important than a piece of bread. I realized I was rewarding myself with food everyday. I will leave a rewarding emal for sunday,,, IF I save my points, I will be more happy to see a slender body that fits into fall clothes beautifully than to at leftover pizza when my husband is sleeping.
