Goals: maintain our points everyday 18 POINTS. NO ExCUSES. I wouldl like anyone who joins to have the same points limit, in order for the comments and tips all to relate to us specifically.

Other Info: hopefully the people who join will be in their 20's I want us all to have a goal of up to 50 pounds to lose. I personally have 20 -30 to lose.

I am a 34 yr old divorced mother of 3, work fulltime, like to read, swim, watch children's sports, spend time with my kids, boyfriend,my family and friends. Enjoy shopping and the outdoors. Am way out of shape for alot of things I used to enjoy, like volleyball, softball.


I am a 28 year old female, married to a hungry man who likes anything unhealthy! I am a vegetarian, so I cook 2 seperate meals, however I tend to participate in the popcorn, dessets and drinks! Help!


I am 25 and sit most of the day at work. I am pregnant now. Due in 5 weeks! Before I got pregnant I had lost about 35 pounds in about 6 months before my wedding. Now I have gained it all back and want to get back to where I was.
