Goals: Hi I'm a mom to 2 wonderful boys and 2 step-children. I work with children with special needs and my own 2 sons are Dyslexic. I have a lot on my plate, but need to lose weight to be healthier and happier. I have been overweight my whole life and it is now time for me to stop!! I want to be healthier and set a good example to all the kids.

I am a 32 yr old mother who is in her second year of nursing school. I have been yo-yo dieting for the last 3 years and am at the point where I don't care if I am a size 8 ever again- I just want to be fit and healthy.


Male, age 34. I've gone from 315+ to right around 180 pounds over the last 1.5+ years. I'm trying to get my bodyfat down into the single digits so I can see my abs for the first time.


57 yr. old male - 305 lbs. Job is major barrier to workouts, eating right.


I'm 44, married and have recently left a long time career and am in the process of "finding" myself! Yuck!
