Goals: Hi I'm a mom to 2 wonderful boys and 2 step-children. I work with children with special needs and my own 2 sons are Dyslexic. I have a lot on my plate, but need to lose weight to be healthier and happier. I have been overweight my whole life and it is now time for me to stop!! I want to be healthier and set a good example to all the kids.

42 year old mother of 2. I'm tired of being the only fat one in the family.


I am 39 yrs old, moved here 2 yrs ago from Calif. I have gained 40 lbs since I have been here and I am not happy at all. I really need to lose the weight.


I am 23 years old, married, with no kids. I am gay and I'm tired of being just another fat lesbian. I am also a university student and have worked myself into tons of bad eating habits while in school. Last autumn I lost about 40lbs for some reason just stopped eating healthily and exercising over the winter and never got back into it. I am trying to get pregnant, so if I do my goals will change a bit, but in general I just need the motivation to do what I know I need to do.


I am a 41-year old working mother of 3. Have a great and supportive husband. Motivation to move and pushin the plate away are my problems. Read an article about PT recently and figured I would give it a try. Won't really dive into things until 7/24 - will be without Internet while on vacation.
