Goals:

Profile: Trying to get off the processed foods, eliminating MSG, nitrates, hydrogenated oils and fats from diet. Want to incorporate eating good carbs and fats and eating more whole, natural foods.

I was a gymnast in high school but became sedentary in college, gaining about 20 lbs after my freshman year. At that point i was 138lbs, and on a 5' frame I was getting a little chunky. I managed to drop 10 lbs by graduation by exercising and avoiding dessert. It's been a year and a half since graduation and I've managed to take off over another 10 lbs. I've gone from 128 lbs, 29% body fat, and 91 lbs of lean mass to 115 lbs, 17% body fat, and 95 lbs of lean mass.


I am a professional single mom of three, we homeschool, and love road trips. Ive had a series of tremendous losses in the last year and am trying to get emotionally, physically and spiritually healthy.





i ran track & cross country in undergrad. now alternate running, and playing soccer with core strength work. want to try activities such as rock climbing. i am trying to integrate more outdoor activities (other than running). mainly on this site to to being to adapt a more holistic lifestyle/diet. i am not vegan, but don't like to eat meat.
