Stressed is desserts spelled backwards!
Take this breakthough sugar busting pledge: "I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. From now on, I will make wise food/drink choices and partake of items that agree with my unique chemistry. I will give myself the TLC that I deserve. If tempted I will quote I Corinthians 10: 13 and look for God's provision for a way of escape that I may be able to bear it when tempted."
