Members profiles:
Former active person - who stopped working out after foot and shoulder injury and my life got hectic with family and work. I have chronic issues with plantar fasciitis which limits what workouts I can do.


42 years old


I am a 48 year old mother of 2. I recently moved to a new city and started a new job and am having a very hard time motivating myself. I have never been over weight until I turned 40 and am finding it very difficult to stick to anything. I have started many "plans" but always end up giving up. I need something to be able to stick to and help me reach my goal. I have chronic pain and sometimes find it difficult to work out.


71 years young I teach 3 fitness classes a week to other seniors. 60 min Total body fitness, 30 min circuit training, 60 min yoga class I golf twice a week and walk 60 minutes every day at least.
