I lost 30 lbs two years ago and still have another 10-15 to go. I've gone thorugh a major job change and move in the last year, and have completely lost the motivation to work out. I'm also finding it's harder to keep on my diet since I'm living closer to my boyfriend. I need to be accountable to something for what I'm eating and to actually get myself moving.


I am 6'1 28 year old guy in Texas. I got chunky between last November '05 and January 06 due to a funky period where I was constantly stressed out about money and school. After working fulltime for 5 years I returned to College in August 2005. This first semester was stressful for me, and I guess I compensated by eating too much, which, once I gained weight, made me a bit depressed too.


I'm 18 years old and im at a normal weight but I would like to just tone myself up especially my abs and lose 12 pounds.


I just turned 41. I have a 9 1/2 yr old son. I will be starting school in January. I have been a stay at home mom for 10 years. I am seperated and will be divorced soon. That should be all the diet I need. I want to return to my pre-child weight which is 125lbs.
