Goals: maintain our points everyday 18 POINTS. NO ExCUSES. I wouldl like anyone who joins to have the same points limit, in order for the comments and tips all to relate to us specifically.

Other Info: hopefully the people who join will be in their 20's I want us all to have a goal of up to 50 pounds to lose. I personally have 20 -30 to lose.

I am 27, recently moved back to Austin. I work in nonprofit, am looking at going to grad school. I love yoga and am starting to try running.





I am a 35 single mother of two boys and this is my second wake-up call to fight the battle of the bulge! I lost 120lbs last year and I've gained about 20-25 back and I am so depressed about it. I can't seem to get the motivation to keep up the weight loss and I fell back into my old habits, of letting stuff get in my way of exercising and eating right. I feel so disgusted, yet I am seriously hoping to get back on track because I do not want to go back to where I was previously. I lost the weight by way of a protein shake diet, which worked wonders, but my head just does not seem to be in the game anymore. I need an intervention like now!
