I'm 45, I have two boys 19 and 16. I was always thin until I got married, 22 years ago. I got to my goal weight twice in that time but it didn't last long.

I am a mom of two elementary age girls. I work full-time, mostly from home.

i'm almost 44. that's a midlife palindrome.
