Goals: Hi I'm a mom to 2 wonderful boys and 2 step-children. I work with children with special needs and my own 2 sons are Dyslexic. I have a lot on my plate, but need to lose weight to be healthier and happier. I have been overweight my whole life and it is now time for me to stop!! I want to be healthier and set a good example to all the kids.

I am 28, mother of a 2 year old and 4 month old. I just went through a huge move a month ago, and now that we're finally settled I want to focus on getting rid of the baby weight. I need the outside to match the inside.

I´m 38 years old , married for 6 years. Recently moved from Barcelona to Shanghai. I travel a lot , and enjoy eating while travelling (it´s very often the bright and relaxing part of the day).

I lst 18 pounds on WW. Then I lost my WW and exercise buddy when she moved away. Now I am having a hard time keeping going. When my mother became ill I needed to begin traveling back and forth to be with her and stopped going to meetings. As this is likely to be my lifestyle for an indeterminate time I would like to join an online support group to see if it helps me get back on track.

I'm 56, a Seattle writer (a very sedentary job!), happily married, one grown step-daughter. My work is extremely stressful, but also rewarding.I have a lot of good friends, and enjoy literature, music, baseball, movies, life. In the past several years I've gone through a difficult menopause, and now I have recurring stomach problems -- IBS, reflux. It's very difficult for me to look at a picture of myself, without thinking how terrible I look. I'd love to someday have the "outer" me correspond more with the "inner 'me. I need, and hope to find here, some regular support and inspiration, and to support others in return.
