Other Info: I am 51 and need to lose 100 pounds. I have high blood pressure and am at risk for a heart attack and stroke - neither of which I want! I am looking for support and encouragement.

I am a 30 year old teacher. I live a relatively busy lifestyle. I have always been an emotional eater. I also love to snack at night. I eat emotionally. While being a teacher is fun, it is stressful.





I am a 34-year old overweight and wonderful woman. I am 5' 10" tall and weight weigh 265-lbs (yikes!). I have a great husband and an adorable 16-month old baby boy. I put on a 70-lbs during my pregnancy...and never lost it. I need to make a change....today.


I am 19 years old. I live in southern califorina. Like every American growing up I ate alot of junk food and fast food. I still have my very rare hamberger form the clostest burger stand. About 3 years ago, my father had gotten a membership at Bally total fitness. When I started at Ballys, I weighed in between 250 and 260 at the age of 16. When I stoped going, I weighed in at 215. I had lost 35 to 45 pounds with in a 6 month period, and montained that weight, that flexuated between 210 and 220 for nearly 2 years. When I moved out to Idaho, and back out to California, all within the last year, I started gaining back the weight that I had lost when going to Bally's, and now Im back up to 250 once agen, but people still say I look like I weigh about 170 to 180.
