I am a New Hampshire native who moved to Columbus, Ohio in February 2006. I have struggled with weight all my life, but usually only had an extra 30 lbs on me. A combination of medication and overeating over the past 5 years have gotten me to where I am today - 227 lbs, and 100 lbs overweight. I am 22 years old and want to start fresh - I do not want to look back at myself in my 20's and just see a fat girl. I am ready to lose the weight for good, but need help along the way.


I am a 46 yr old mother of 2 grown children, one grandson and another on the way.


I'm 26 and recently left the stress of living in New York City for the coast of Maine. But, in doing so, I've gained some weight and don't like what's happening! I have my very own exercise machine: my adopted 5 year old yellow lab...need the motivation to get out there and work out with her - and stop all the snacking at work!
