I have three kids and have made some bad eating choices I really need help with what to eat, How to grocery shop the correct way when eating healthy ,and how to make eating healthy taste great


I have sruggled with my weight all my life. About 6yrs ago I finally put my foot down and di something about it. I was in W.W and I worked out 3 days a week and in 18 month I lost 130lb. I kept it off untill 2004. THat year I went through alot and it all came back on.I lost my dad I lost my home, I got pregnant , I got married. A lot happened and now I am older and heaveier then I have ever been.I am scared and I know I can't do this alone. I have a 2yr old and I want to be around to see her have children and get married. I also have a 14 yr old and I would love to be around to see the same for her.


I am a 34 year old SAHM of three boys ages 14, 4 and 19 months. I have one step daughter who lives with her mom in Colorado. We are currently living in Rhode Island and are planning on moving back to the Seattle area in the next month or so. We have only been in R.I. since March and I can't wait to move back home. I am tired of feeling exhausted everyday and I'm ready to feel good again.
