I'm a 22 year old college student. I've struggled w/my weight ever since I can remember. In high school I yo-yo dieted then when I went to college, i got all the way to 200 lbs! But over the past 4 years I've lost 60 lbs. The first 10 I lost by starting a workout routing (no change in diet), the next 25 i lost with weight watchers & walking. then lost the next 15 over like 2 years by just eating healthier & exercising (w/out really trying to specifically lose weight) & i lost the most recent 10 when i studied abroad the past summer in Spain. I just want to lose the last 10 & tone up


I am 32 years old and have yo yo'd quite a bit through out the years. After a relationship breakup I was at my heaviest and I really got serious about weightloss. I lost about 20 pounds and ran a marathon. Since then I have slacked a little and I'm now looking to make sure I keep working out and eating healthy.


i am 17..n have lost 30 lbs recently.but from the past past few months i have tried dieting but have failed miserably and have not been able to lose a single pound.i want to lose 10 pounds and weigh arnd 115..my height is 5'4 n i weigh 124 pounds..although i dont sound overweight i look like i am coz my frame is not very large


26 year old female. I am not quite overweight, but I would really like to look a little more slim and toned, and be more comfortable with my body. I haven't been wearing a bikini to the beach for probably twelve years, and I think it's time I do it this summer.
