47 year old grammy :-) I have three grown children and two grandsons, another grandbaby on the way. My husband and I work opposite shifts so I have a lot of time on my hands. We are in the process of selling our house so that we can move into my mom's house to take care of her. I love to walk and ride my bike. About two years ago I was walking in excess of 20 miles a week and riding my bike. My doctor made me stop for some tests. That really did me in. It has been sooooo hard to get started, so I need all the motivation I can get.

i had 2 beautiful kids who are 8 yrs and 5yrs old. i had csections with both and havent been able to lose weight since. i have tried alot of diet pills. i never went on a diet. i just want me back. i want to feel and look my age and stop bieng so tired all the time .im only 27yrs old. i feel and look much older.

I'm currently 185 and used to be extremely active back in high school and a bit of college but never really understood anything about being healthy or maintaining a healthy weight. Now that I understand it seems really difficult to motivate myself to get there.
