I am a 27 married mother of a 1 and 2 year old and also a college student in the Northern CA area. I am currentlly at a weight of 215lbs, and have 65-75lbs to go to my goal. So far with WW and having my second baby, I have lost 50lbs, it is a start. Before I had my children my normal weight was kept at 155-160, I want to be there again.

I'm a 22 year old University Student looking to readjust the health quality of my lifestyle.

i am a 25 yr.old married mother of 3. i work two jobs and my fulltime job is the grave yard shift. i am always on the go.i currently weight 280 pounds. i have gained a substancial amount of weight after my third child and working nights has not helped one bit. i am also one step away of getting a lap-band done but somthing told me to just try to lose the weight on my own first. my husband a stay at home dad and does most of the cooking in the house and i let him because im always on the go and i have no time to make healthy meals. my husband does cook healthy at times but he also enjoys alot of fried foods and carbs i my self like qiuck meals because i am not kitchen friendly.i have been doing the points diet and in three weeks i have lost 6 pounds .my sister and mother in law are currently doing the points diet with me the only thing is that my sister in law does all of my lunches and dinners so i would like to do my meals on my own for my sake and my family's. i dont go to there support groups so im glad that i found this web site for support
