Profile: This is a team for those who follow the fundamentals of weight watchers and want to make a ton of progress between now and Dec 31st! Instead of making a New Years resolution, we will all be celebrating our progress.

I Am married with one grown child. I have a condition called RSD. It is very hard for me to exercise because of my condition but i want to find some kind that will help.

Hey, I'm a 36 year old undergrad in NYC - far away from fam and friends and while I'm loosing wait as soon as I step outside (you have to walk everywhere here), my eating habits are less than thrilling. I would like to go back home 20lbs. lighter.
