I'm 28, not married, and not in a stable relationship. This is part of why I eat, I think--I'm unhappy about being alone and I don't feel very attractive. I'm in a cycle of feeling unhappy and eating for comfort, and I need to stop. I look forward to being supportive of you all and being supported, too, as I make some real changes in my life.
