||I'm 44 and in very good shape. I'd like to lose some weight but mostly want to maintian my muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while improving my flexibility. I find my motivation lacking for lifting lately and I'd like to cut most animal proteins out of my diet.

||I only want members who are ready to commit to a healthy lifestyle and so will be consistent in keeping their logs. I can slack off on my own. Haven't we all been doing that for years.
