I'm 39 yr old single mom of 3 boys (10, 12, 14) and have began my "dieting" lifestyle change June 2005 when I hit my top weight of 310. I started walking and making better eating choices, then joined Curves. I had lost 31 lbs and 65+ inches. According to "the charts", I need to lose another 115 lbs to be "at goal." 2007 is going to be a big year! I will turn 40 and it's my goal to get to 251 (my 2nd 10% weight loss) by then. I will also hit 4 million steps walking LOL!! Right on!! I'll have to see what other milestones I can hit this next year.

Busy mother of three that works full time. Life is always busy, busy, busy. My husband is a serious exerciser (4 time Ironman) but is also a solo exerciser. Because of the age of our children and the fact that my fitness level has always been way behind his, we've never worked out together. Sticking to a program is the hardest part for me. I've done Weight Watchers on and off for about 6 years.
