I am 40 years old and a stay at home mom with two 17 year old girls, a 14 year old boy, and a 3 yr old son. I've been a stay at home mom since Feb 06. Before that, I was active duty in the Navy and left with 16 years in to take care of my family. With an active duty husband in the Marine Corps, it was the best and ONLY choice for us! It has paid off immemsely for the children and our peace of mind. Having a baby in my late 30's and going from a full time job to a stay at home mom have caused me to put on about 50 lbs (ok, I caused that to happen). My ideal weight is about 130-135.

I am 34 years old. Mother of a 13 year boy and a 7year girl. I have been married for 14 years. I am a stay at home mom and we own our own business. After losing 54 lbs in this summer I had my first seizure..hopefully the one and only. the meds I have been on have effected my weightloss and can be frustrating. As of March 2009 it has all been ironed out with meds but unfortunatly I have gained 20 lbs. So here we go again.

I am a stay at home mom of 4. My babies are 12, 8, 5 and 7 months. We are a busy family with lots of kids activities and family events. My husband introduced me to his love of Mexican food when we met in 1994 and that is when my weight gain began. Although I can't blame him entirely, darn! LOL I also have a big sweet tooth! We have had a lot of family health problems lately and it has really opened my eyes to the potential problems that can occur as you age. Being overweight just seems to add to that, so I'd like to lower my chances and get HEALTHY!
