I'm 30, F. I was a member of PeerTrainer a few years ago when I lost about 32 pounds. However... I've been gradually putting it back on ever since! I really seem to lack motivation and sticking power whenever I've tried to lose weight in the last couple of years. Sooo.... a new approach. I want to use Peertrainer to keep me accountable to staying active and making good choices. Basically a healthy lifestyle - let's see where that gets me!
