I'm a 22 year old college student in Oregon, finishing up school and getting ready for the CPA exam to become a public accountant. I'm looking to start losing the weight that has trickled back slowly but surely over the last year. or so. I started my diet/workout plan at 170 pounds, and 38% body fat, wearing size 10s (and straining the buttons!!). I dropped down to 128 pounds, but have put on 20+ pounds.





I just turned 41. I have a 9 1/2 yr old son. I will be starting school in January. I have been a stay at home mom for 10 years. I am seperated and will be divorced soon. That should be all the diet I need. I want to return to my pre-child weight which is 125lbs.


My mum's an emotional eater and she's been on diets forever. She loses a lot everytime she diets and then puts every single pound back. I went on a diet as a teenager and it didn't go too good, I got heavier. Then I tried another one and the same happened, after a little loss a big gain... and that for 2 years. I didn't want to have the same problems as my mum so when I got to college (in England) I decided to change my habits. I have lost 22 lb in two years without diets, making small changes that I will keep for life, and I want to stay like this forever. I'm 128lbs now
