Goals: 1) For each team member feel motivated and supported, each day. The most important thing is that you feel you have a GO TO resource to support YOU. 2) Daily logging of food, points and exercise--this is the foundation of long term weight loss success, and developing this habit is a goal. 3) Create an environment where each person feels like they can get anything off their chest. 4) Have Fun!! Having an active team support you in your journey is extremely motivating.

Profile: This is a weight loss group for people who follow the Weight Watchers points system or who would like to learn it. (But at the end of the day, this is all about support and if you are not into WW thats fine) This group is for people going to meetings, not going to meetings, or who are not sure! We are going to journal our points each day (takes 5 minutes) and we are going to have fun helping each other through the had work of losing weight, getting in shape- whatever your goal is! It is really important that we be as vocal as possible in helping each other. There are no "experts" here. We are all the experts of us, and the single most important thing is that we are here for each other.

I'm 54, newly married, work part-time, and hit the gym a couple of times a week. Seems since getting married, there's less time to go to the gym and more incentive to eat.....

I'm a 37 year old single mother of an 8 year old girl. I work full time in an office. I have a hard time because I sit all day and then I don't cook properly because I'm so tired by the end of the day that we eat a lot of pre-packaged food. It's no surprise that I've gained so much weight! I was on Weight Watchers about 5 years ago and lost 25 lbs. I have since gained that weight back plus another 15 lbs.

i am a 26 year old married mother of a 1 yr old girl and stepmother of a 16 yr old girl. i am a LPN, and i work 40 + hours a week, so i really find it hard to find time to get/eat healthy. i really need some motivation.

36 year old mom of two young girls that has successfully lost 132 lbs following Weight Watchers and exercising.
