Goals: Hi I'm a mom to 2 wonderful boys and 2 step-children. I work with children with special needs and my own 2 sons are Dyslexic. I have a lot on my plate, but need to lose weight to be healthier and happier. I have been overweight my whole life and it is now time for me to stop!! I want to be healthier and set a good example to all the kids.

I am a 40 something single lady and my biggest challenge is sweets at social events or work. I'm pretty good about not buying them when grocery shopping....except for ice cream. But I even pass on that a lot.





I just turned 21 and I am at my biggest, drinking of course does not help the fact, I am just trying to get my energy back that I had before I started at this job, I work up to 14 hours a day sometimes at 2 differnt jobs and it is not the greatest, but it pays the bills. I have been sucked into and consumed with going out to eat ALL THE TIME. I am never home, and when I am it is to sleep, eat or just grab something and go. I cannot remember the last thing I ate at home. I have tried cooking and packing, it just turns into a huge ordeal. Not think time I am going to do it !


I'm 31, and live in Georgia.
