||I think I eat healthy, but know I could do better. Looking forward to chats and words of encouragement. I presently walk our dog 5/6 mornings 15/25 mins., and walk with my husband 4/5 evenings 25/45 mins. This year its taking me alot longer to get motivated; so I think this group will help me maintain my focus and do the right thing.
