||Improve performance in an activity we deeply enjoy;
consume less caffine, sugar, and carbs; and learn to cook really great healthy food
||lose 10 - 15 lbs and gain endurance so we can cycle, hike, and walk long distances. I would like this group to attract people who are comfortable with their body in all its evolutionary stages. I also hope that group members will focus on enjoyment, overall fitness, emotional and physical well being, and achieving long-lasting results.
