I'm 51 and just went through a very stressful year. Lost my mom, dad had a stroke, was asked to vacate my office at work (I was a CEO). I lost 35 pounds on Weight Watchers seven years ago and kept most of it off until last year. I've gained 20 back and it has to go. I refuse to buy fat clothes again.
