||To reach an optimum fitness level. This means being faster and stronger and able to go further. We're not obsessed with pounds or inches, just with being able to go further and faster, getting stronger and feeling better.
||This is a group for active people. Members from the Kansas City area and elsewhere are welcome.
We are not fixated on "weight loss." We are working to become faster and stronger, to go further, and to help one another meet individual fitness goals.

||Members from the Kansas City area may occasionally elect to train for and take part in one of the many participatory athletic activities, such as running or triathlon, available in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area.
