||I have lost and "found" these 20 pounds three times already! I need a program that I can stick with. I wish that food wasn't an issue for me (it wasn't always, just the past ten years). I feel like I have to treat it like any addiction, and be constantly disciplined about it. I have two children, ages 17 and 11 and work as a music specialist in neighborhood preschools.
