||Why is it we all want to lose weight, yet we always come up with the best excuses on why we didn't workout or eat right? This is a no excuses group. We are determined to lose weight and keep it off and won't take "I'm too tired" for an answer! Our mission is to do AT LEAST 10min. of some form of exercise 6 days a week.
