Goals: Fairly active 57 year old who wants to lose my menopausal middle and 15 extra pounds.

Profile: I work out about 5 days a week--but that's no longer enough to get or even keep the weight off. I need to learn alternate eating habits. Would be nice to lose the weight fast but, realistically, that's not going to happen. So will settle for slow and steady.
