||I am trying diets for more than 25 years. Now I have diabetes type 2. I was trying to do pilates twice a week, but now I have a slippery disc. I have to do walk or swim. I am not so much motivated to do the fitness.
I have to low my blood sugar level from 180 in the morning to 90.
I have to loose 20 pounds also.
||Still active as long as there is an Advil bottle around. Used to be thin; now have 10 lbs that would look better on somebody else. Basically need motivation. It's all or nothing for me. Need the middle ground.
