||Please, only join up with me/us if you are really seriously commited to logging daily--and not just on your good days. You don't have to be a body builder or a competition-ready runner, and nor do you have to be at your goal weight or body fat. Just be ready to commit yourself 100% to attaining your goals and helping your team members do the same!
