||We have total accountability to each other. We check in with each other on a daily basis (or more) via peertrainer or instant message or phone, and make daily or weekly commitments. We stayed connected on the weekends too. We even sometimes have consequences for not meeting thos goals. We realize that we eat for reasons other than hunger and seek to connect with others rather than food. We support and help each other reach our goals non-jundgementally.
