Working out? Check! No problems there. Eating for health? Ah, there lies my problem... I have issues with emotional eating and bingeing. I've made a lot of progress but still haven't licked the problem. Ideally I have about 15 lbs to lose but am more interested in getting my body fat percentage down (I want to be able to pinch less than 1" off my waist) so I can perform better (faster, stronger) as well as look better (who doesn't want that?). I am a swimmer, pretending to be a running, posing as a triathlete.


I am 21 years old & I have always been into health and exercising, but not so great at being consistently committed to it. Things seem to go in circles for me, hence the member name. What I mean is I tend to go through phases of putting in time and effort to being healthy and fit, but a few months later end up back where I started.
