Profile: I want to lose 15lbs (from 160 to 145.) I am a short filipino male, age 33 who needs to lose the belly. I want a 'new healthier' lifestyle and although I exercise, I need to eat better too. My ultimate goal would be able to train for my first mini triathalon (since I'm not a good biker and can't swim.)
