Goals: I am a 20 year old college student. I weigh between 117-120lbs and I am 5'3. My goal isn't to loose weight but to stay healthy, control my hormones, and garner more energy. My goal is to work out six days a week: three days specifically for cardio and three specifically for resistance training.
