Hi I am a working wife/mom who needs to lose 15-20 pounds. The method I am going to follow is calorie counting. I need lots of motivation to resist sweets/snacks and suggestions of finding that all important workout time. Any other working moms who would be willing to log on regulary to share strategies and motivation. I live in North Central IL but would welcome others from all areas.
