Would like to lose 15-18 pouinds.

etc. Need to get refocused on committing to more exercise and following a better eating program (weight watchers) Want to meet people who keep me motivated and focused. Love to motivate others too. I teach step and toning classes
so I stay at a consistant weight but it is 15-18 over what I want to be.

|| IMarried 19 years, 3 kids 14, 11, and 6 years. Work three diff. part time jobs. Love to motivated people and that is why I love teaching step class, toning, and water aerobics. Really want to get certified to become personal trainer so I can do it out of my home. LOve to do diff. races, 5Ks, 1/2 marathons, triathlons etc.
