Goals:

Profile: My goal is to lose 40-45 lbs. I enjoy going to the gym and working out but my main problem is consistency. I get spurts of motivation with both diet and exercise but if I don't see results quickly enough, I get discouraged. I'm hoping to form a group with others who are battling the same/similar challenges for mutual encouragement.
