Goals: Being strong and healthy! Avoiding "comfort foods" that are unhealthy!

Profile: Working out at the same times each week improves my time management. (If I know I have to leave my desk for an aerobics class, then I stay more focused while working.) I currently work from home and therefore do not have the "normal" work week. Let's work together to stay on track!
