Other Info: I am also a Nursing student and I am hoping to double major in Nursing and Fitness and wellness education. I think to effectively do this however I need to lose weight. I love cardio workouts and I have trouble getting myself to the gym to lift weights. I would ultimately like to tone my inner theighs and flatten my abs. Ab workouts are another thing that is not my strong suit. I would also like to get into the habit of doing yoga three times a week.
