We are in a process of Becoming Free. Some see it as a spiritual path. We aspire to be free of emotional eating. We aspire to be free of self-condemnation when we succumb. We aspire to become what we want to be, and to behave in ways which support that each day. In some sense, we are already free. We just need to remember that, and then act on our inner knowing. That is why we are "Becoming Free."
