Goals: To reach an optimum fitness level with a high priority on physical strength. We want to follow a balanced physical regimen, to include flexibility training, cardiovascular work, and especially strength training. We will follow a healthy diet that provides adequate nutrition and energy to accomplish our physical goals.

Profile: This group is open to men and women interested in developing exceptional strength and overall physical fitness through weight lifting and healthy eating habits. Secondary goals are low body fat and well-defined musculature (think "six pack abs").
